You can use fine dried bread crumbs in place of the tempura batter in a pinch. Slice tenderloin in to 8 pieces. Combine the honey, mustard, one tablespoon of the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl or a resealable food storage bag.

| Crockpot Boston Butt Pork Roast
|
|
The next time you buy a Boston butt roast, add one cup of water and cook in crock pot for the 8 hours. Salt and pepper it, that's all. When done, you have delicious pork to go with potatoes and veggies and gravy made from the stock in the pot.

I had this at a family get together and loved it. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since. I like this on a sandwich or on top of a loaded baked potato. Or serve it by itself.

Delicious, easy, doesn't heat up the house. Mix everything except the rice and pork. Place pork in crockpot. Pour mixture over the pork and set crockpot on low and cook all day.

This is a great Pork Dish. You must try it. You can also substitute the pork tenderloin for boneless skinless chicken breasts. I have made both and they are awesome.

Coat the inside of the crock pot with vegetable spray, like Pam. Place 1/2 of the onion slices in the bottom of the crock pot. Put pork roast on top of the onions. Top with remaining onions.
