Crockpot Boston Butt Pork Roast
The next time you buy a Boston butt roast, add one cup of water and cook in crock pot for the 8 hours. Salt and pepper it, that's all. When done, you have delicious pork to go with potatoes and veggies and gravy made from the stock in the pot.

Kalua Pig
I had this at a family get together and loved it. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since. I like this on a sandwich or on top of a loaded baked potato. Or serve it by itself.

Italian Pork
Delicious, easy, doesn't heat up the house. Mix everything except the rice and pork. Place pork in crockpot. Pour mixture over the pork and set crockpot on low and cook all day.

Caribbean Pork 'n Rice
This is a great Pork Dish. You must try it. You can also substitute the pork tenderloin for boneless skinless chicken breasts. I have made both and they are awesome.

Pulled Pork
Coat the inside of the crock pot with vegetable spray, like Pam. Place 1/2 of the onion slices in the bottom of the crock pot. Put pork roast on top of the onions. Top with remaining onions.
