German Style Pork Roast With Sauerkraut and Potatoes (Crockpot)
Place the potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker; stir to coat. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper; lay on top the potatoes. Pour the sauerkraut over the roast; sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cook in slow cooker on Low 8 to 10 hours.

Honey-Dijon Pork Tenderloin
Flatten pork slices to 1/2-inch thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork in oil in batches until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

Pernil: Puerto Rican Style Roast Pork
In a bowl, mix garlic, salt and oregano. Carefully with a sharp knife, make deep cuts into the pork on meat side and stuff the garlic mixture into the slits. The more cuts, the better the flavor.

Cranberry-Sesame Pork Loin
In saucepan, whisk together cranberry sauce, powdered gravy mix, water, garlic, and barbecue sauce (with liquid smoke, if using). Heat to boiling, and boil for one minute. Lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Boneless Pork Loin, Rotisserie-Style
Insert rotisserie rod through exact center of roast, using prongs to hold roast in place. Insert meat thermometer so bulb is centered in roast but not in fat or on rod.

Using Leftover Pork Roast
I'd like to know how everyone uses left over pork roast and the juices. Take the pork and cube it up along with a few medium sized potatoes.

Country-Style Skillet Pork
Mix flour and pork cubes together. Heat oil; brown well; remove pork, and set aside. Pour off and discard oil. Return pork to skillet. Add remaining ingredients except pepper and pimento.

Peppered Pork Tenderloin
Mix ingredients for marinade. Place tenderloins in a container that can be sealed tightly. Pour marinade over tenders and allow them to marinate for at least 6 hours in refrigerator; turn container often.
