Taco Bake
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and onion together. Stir in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder and salt and pepper. Break each taco shell in half at the fold.

Mexican Casserole
Brown meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Add chips and put in casserole dish with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese melts.

Corn Crust Taco Pizza
This has easy, fun ingredients that kids will enjoy, and if made with lower fat items, is quite healthy, compared to some of the "fast food" stuff. It looks like a pizza, smells like tacos and is just all around good.

Layered Enchilada Pie
Brown beef, onion and garlic in butter. Add seasonings, olives and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Fiesta Bake
Place half the crescent roll dough flat in a 9 inch round baking pan like a pie crust. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then mix hamburger, beans, salsa and cheese and place in pan.

Baked Burrito Casserole
Different, but very good casserole dish. Brown ground beef and onion. Add refried beans and taco mix.

Easy Enchilada Casserole
Easy and Mild and good left over the next day. Brown, crumble and drain the ground beef and set aside. Put the red sauce and tomato sauce in a pot and heat. Stir to mix.

Creamy Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine soups, broth, chilies and onion in bowl; mix well. Alternate layers of tortillas, chicken, soup mixture and cheese in casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Yield: 8-12 servings.

Tamale Jose
Brown ground beef and onion until done. Add seasoning, corn, tomato sauce and milk. Simmer about 20 minutes. Slowly stir corn meal into meat mixture. Add olives. Put into casserole and top with cheese.
