If you like heat in your guacamole, add one small seeded and finely diced jalapeno.

Spread chili or beans over bottom of baking dish. Spread softened cream cheese on top. Layer tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Clean and cull beans and soak overnight in water to cover. Drain and add fresh water, garlic, onions and salt. Boil until water is cooked down and beans are soft but not dry.
Place asparagus in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or into blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
