Sea Food Tacos
Place in sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes. Ladle approximately 2 oz into soft taco shell. Serve with Tabasco and fresh lemon slice on the side.

Baked Swordfish Manzanillo
Sprinkle swordfish steaks with salt and pepper. Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish; brush with olive oil to coat heavily. Sprinkle green onions over the fish.
