My Famous San Diego Tacos
Cook your ground beef, add onion, salt, pepper, garlic and anything else you like. Set it aside in a bowl near the pan. Clean the pan or use a clean frying pan. Put about a Tbsp. of oil in the pan and let it get hot enough to sizzle if you flick a drop of water at it (stand back, lol).

Mini Tacos
Mix ground beef and onion and brown. Add taco seasoning according to package directions. Add refried beans. In skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 350 degrees F.

Turkey Tacos
Recipe for Turkey Tacos. Warm taco or tortilla shells. In a large skillet over medium hot heat, heat oil until hot. Fry turkey and add onion. Cook and stir until meat is done and onion tender. Drain. Stir in vegetables, tomatoes, cumin, garlic salt, and oregano.
