Speedy Corn Chowder (Microwave)
Place bacon and onion in 2 qt. casserole. Heat, covered, 4 minutes, stirring and turning after 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Scrambled Eggs (Microwave)
Beat eggs. Add milk and salt to taste. Melt butter in an 8 inch round glass cake dish in microwave oven (about 15 seconds at normal power). Pour egg mixture into dish.

Cranberry Crisp
Heat sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in microwave for 2 minutes. Add cranberry sauce to hot mixture and stir. Pour melted butter over flour, brown sugar and oats.

Peanut Butter-Ups
In a 2 qt. measuring cup, combine butter and peanut butter. Microwave on full power, 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Blend well. Mix in crumbs and sugar until very stiff.

Rhubarb Crisp
Spread the rhubarb in a 2 quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and raspberry gelatin. Set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Microwave Chocolate Pudding
This recipe is for true "chocoholic"! It is easy and oh so good! My family absolutely loves it. I also use skim milk when I make this. Can't tell the difference.

Microwave Macaroni and Ham Dish
Easy, quick meal! Place margarine slices in 2 qt. glass baking dish. Layer remaining ingredients, 1/3 at a time, in prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 20 minutes.

Microwave Mashed Potatoes
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish. Cover tightly with lid or plastic wrap. If using plastic wrap, poke a small hole in the wrap. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until done. Use oven mitts or tongs to remove from microwave.

Mackerel Pate (Microwave)
Put the onion into a soup bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Microwave on Full power for one minute. Set aside. Flake the fish into the processor or blender goblet, discarding the skin and bones.
