Deeli's Mac and Cheese
Simply had to spice up this traditionally boring recipe a little bit and I also love it baked with the bread crumb topping rather than serving directly out of the saucepan.

Inside-Out Ravioli
Brown first 3 ingredients. Cook spinach using directions. Drain and reserve the liquid (add water to make 1 cup). Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.

Soup-er Macaroni and Cheese
My kids LOVE this recipe. My son, in particular, claims he wants to eat it for every meal. I usually quadruple the recipe and freeze half for later.

Stuffed Pasta Shells
Brown hamburger, onions, and spaghetti mix. Mix in cottage cheese and beans. Boil macaroni and rinse in cold water. Stuff shells and arrange in baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce over all.

Meatless Manicotti
Cook manicotti shells in 4 qts. salted boiling water about 10 minutes, until almost tender; drain and rinse in cold water. Cook zucchini in butter in large skillet about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spaghetti Casserole
Cook spaghetti as per directions, drain and place in a 10x12 inch or equivalent size baking dish. Mix cheese, sour cream, green pepper and place over top of spaghetti.

Macaroni Salad
Cook 1 cup macaroni in salt water (makes 2 cups cooked). Drain. Add vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.

Chicken Caesar Pasta
Heat the oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water and dressing and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Philly Spaghetti
We love spaghetti, another version for us. This tastes even better the next day. Cook spaghetti or pasta. Meanwhile cook mushrooms in small amount of oil.

Lasagna
Brown the Italian sausage and drain off the grease. Add the Ragu sauce and water to the sausage and simmer about 5-10 minutes.
