No-Roll Cherry Pie
Melt butter with 1 Tbsp. sugar in saucepan. Add 1 cup flour and stir until mixture forms a ball.

Grapefruit Chiffon Pie
Combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl, mixing well. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Combine gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, ginger and rind in saucepan. Beat egg yolks with grapefruit juice and stir into gelatin mixture.

Popcorn and Apple Pie
Place popcorn, 1 cup at a time, in electric blender container. Process to crush. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar, gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in nuts and crushed popcorn. Spread in buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Basic Apple Pie
Line 9 inch pie plate with half the pastry, allowing 1 inch overhang. Combine next 5 ingredients in bowl. Add apples, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Turn into pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with margarine.

Glazed Peach Pie
Crush enough peaches to make 1 cup, leaving the rest sliced. Combine crushed peaches with water, sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until clear, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add margarine.

Shoo Fly Pie

Shoo Fly Pie is a favorite dessert in the Amish community, and there are many different variations. Some are more like coffee cake than a pie. The name comes from the days when pies were cooled on the windowsill, and the sweet filling would attract pesky flies, which the cook "shooed" away.

Frozen Cherry Cheese Pie
Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beating until smooth. Prepare Dream Whip with milk using package directions. Add 2 cups Dream Whip to cream cheese mixture.
