| Sour Cream Lemon Pie

Mix sugar, cornstarch in 2 qt. saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in egg yolks, lemon rind and juice until well blended. Add margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute

| Easy Caramel Pie
|

This recipe will blow your mind! Take the labels off 2 (14 oz) cans of sweetened condensed milk and boil (in the unopened cans) for 3 hours, turning every 1/2 hour. You may have to add more hot water as it cooks so the cans stay under the water.

| Frozen Jubilee Pie
|
|
Cream sugar and margarine. Add chocolate and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add egg yolks and beat well. Fold in 3 beaten egg whites. Spread on crust and chill. top mixture with ice cream. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze. Cut in serving pieces and top with hot fudge sauce, if desired.

| No Bake Pumpkin Pie
|

Combine and cook pudding, spices, sugar, salt, butter and milk. Add pumpkin. Put in regular graham cracker crust. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Top with Cool Whip.
