Junior High Lemon Pie
Mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add boiling waster, mixing well. Cook until thick. Pour a little into beaten egg yolks, then add that to balance of cooked mixture.

Strawberry Pie
In saucepan, mash about 5-6 ripe berries, and combine with sugar, flour and water. Cook until thick and refrigerate until cold.

Lemon Pie
This recipe is a favorite of my sister. Bring water to boiling point in saucepan. Thoroughly mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add to boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumping.

Recipe for Fried Fruit Pies
Does anyone have any recipes for fried pies? My husband's grandmother used to make apricot fried pies in a cast iron frying pan. I imagine they can be made from any fruits.

Peaches and Cream Pie
Easy to make and I haven't served it to anyone who hasn't loved it! Mix dry ingredients, flour, salt, soda and pudding. Add milk, butter and egg. Press into a 10 inch deep dish pie pan. Arrange the peaches on top.

Mile-High Strawberry Pie
Combine strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice, and salt in large mixing bowl; beat with mixer at medium speed for 15 minutes or until stiff.
