| Buttermilk Pie Crust Recipe
I lost my prized buttermilk pie crust recipe. Just the crust recipe, not the pie. It had about 4 ingredients, buttermilk (1 cup?), flour (?), shortening (?), and salt. I need the amounts to use.Thank you for any help.

| Homemade Pie Crust
I recently attended a potluck where I selected a piece of pie for my dessert. The crust was wonderful. It was a two crust pie, but I'm not sure if it was rolled out or just a patted out crust. I'd like to try to find a recipe for this crust whether it be rolled out or pressed.

| NEVER FAIL, Very Best Pie Crust
This recipe I developed because of always getting tough crusts. Tough crust happens because of using all-purpose flour that has gluten. Gluten is wonderful in breads, BUT NOT IN A PIE CRUST.

In medium sauce pan melt the margarine. Remove from heat and add water and Splenda. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and mix until thoroughly combined. Press onto the bottom and sides of an 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes until deep golden brown. Cool. 8 servings - 70 calories.

Mix the first 4 ingredients together then beat together the next 3 ingredients. This makes 3 crusts. Refrigerate 1 hour and separate into 3 balls. You can put into pie pan either rolled out on floured board or if you aren't good at that, piece it by hand and make a pretty edge.
