Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
To slightly beaten egg yolks, add 1/2 cup sugar, pumpkin, milk, salt and spices. Cook until thick in double boiler. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add to hot pumpkin mixture; mix and cool.

Mema's Pumpkin Pie
I am from the mountains of NC near Asheville. This is best pumpkin pie you will ever eat! My Mema actually used what she called "Candy Roaster", which is actually squash that they always grew in their garden. I don't garden so I use pumpkin and have even used canned pumpkin.

Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add 1 egg. Mix well, spread in 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt, blend in 2 eggs and milk. Pour carefully over cheese mixture. Bake 65-70 minutes.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie
Combine and cook pudding, spices, sugar, salt, butter and milk. Add pumpkin. Put in regular graham cracker crust. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Top with Cool Whip.

Mom's Pumpkin Pie
Mix the pumpkin and egg together and stir in the milk. Mix the salt, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg together. Pour the pumpkin mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, allspice, mace, ginger and salt together and beat well. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time, and blend in the pumpkin, milk, and vanilla.

Pumpkin Dream Pie
For Bottom Crust: Smash 3 ingredients into 9x13 inch cake pan. You may want to save some pecans to put on the top as a garnish. Smooth out until bottom is covered.
