| Easy Homemade Individual Pizzas

Tonight, as I drove home from work, I called my kids, who agreed pizza (homemade) would be a good supper. My daughter started our usual dough in the bread machine, on the manual cycle. When I got home, I really didn't want to heat the entire house up with the oven, so I punched down the dough, let it rest briefly, then divided it into single-serving crust sized portions.

| Homemade Pizza Dough

|
Mix yeast in warm water and add all remaining ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon. When flour is mixed in, lightly knead the dough. Set aside to rest about 5 to 10 minutes in a greased bowl or on a greased baking sheet.

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt and olive oil. Let stand until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Add flour to make a fairly stiff dough. Knead on floured board until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Blend. Gradually add 2 to 2 1/4 cups flour, blending after each addition. Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl. Let rice until double in size.

| Pizza Rounds

Set oven to 350 degrees F. While warming, slice your muffins in half. Lay tops and bottoms next to each other on a cookie sheet lined with foil so you can just throw it away.

There is nothing more scrumptious then Magdalen Islands fresh seafood pizza, piled high with the most tender lobster, crab and scallops imaginable. No one knows more about seafood than the Island chefs.

| Vegetable Pizza

Unroll crescent rolls and do not separate. Place them as a sheet on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and dill together and blend well.

| Fresh Vegetable Pizza

Unroll crescent rolls, pat onto a large cookie sheet to make dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Cool. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread on crust. Spread on sliced olives and vegetables.

I found this recipe on foodnetwork.com and it's the best pizza recipe I've ever made. Since the website didn't have a photo, I snapped a photo prior to baking.

| Mushroom Pita Pizzas

|
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Split each bread into halves around edge with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds, cut sides up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange mushrooms on bread rounds.
