It's quick and easy to make, and it's light and refreshing. Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Using a spoon, remove meat from peel.

| Lemony Fruit Salad Dressing

Heat in a saucepan over low heat, until thick, stirring constantly. (This scorches easily. So, do not leave it for a second!) Cool. Dilute with heavy cream to desired consistency.

Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well. Pour over fresh or canned fruit.

| Fruit Salad Dressing
|
|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup liquid. Combine egg, cornstarch, sugar and salt in 1 qt. double boiler. Add pineapple juice, mixing well. Cook over hot water until mixture thickens and set aside.

| Lemon Dressing

Mix lemon juice, salad oil, paprika, salt, onion, sugar, and garlic. Let stand several hours. Shake well and pour over hot cooked vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, or green beans.

Mix in order given. Slowly pour in salad oil. Beat with electric beater until stiff, about 6-10 minutes. Good on fruit salads.

Cook in double boiler until thick. Stir constantly. chill. Serve over chopped fresh fruits with marshmallows added.

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Chill thoroughly before folding in sour cream.

Recipe for Lemonade Fruit Dressing. In heavy saucepan combine eggs, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat just to boiling and slightly thickened. Cool, then add whipped cream or Cool Whip.
