Blackberry Jello Salad
Pour juice off pineapples and let stand in refrigerator. Mix Jell-o and let stand 1 hour in refrigerator. Mix all the other ingredients together and add to Jell-o. Then let stand in refrigerator all night. It's ready to eat the next morning.

Beef and Barley Salad
Heat 2.5 cups of stock. Add barley, garlic and salt to taste (depends on the salt in the broth) it should be slightly salty. Stir and bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until tender but firm.

Creamy Ham and Noodle Salad
Cook noodles using package directions. Combine noodles with ham and green pepper in large bowl, tossing to mix. Blend remaining ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Pour dressing over noodle mixture, mixing well.

Summer Fruit Salad
I used to love fruit salad, but it's kind of soft. My mom used to put a drained can of mixed fruit cocktail and a partially drained can of both mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks in a bowel. Then, came the chunked apples and bananas, and any other fruit you like to add "more of" then what is in the cocktail.

This is a great salad. If you grow your own zucchini, you know you always end up with a lot at one time. This is a great way to use up those zucchini.
