Tuna Pea Salad
Toss together the first 5 ingredients. Add and mix in mayonnaise until fairly moist. Gently stir in peas. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves or hot rolls and crackers.

Macaroni Salad
A personal favorite! Mix in order given. Refrigerate.

Frozen Fruit Cocktail (Slush)
Grate the rind of one of each and use the juice of the lemons and oranges. Add the sugar and mashed bananas and stir well. Add crushed pineapple and ginger ale.

Tangy Fruit Salad
Drain oranges and pineapple and save juices. Mix pudding, Tang and drained juices. Add all fruits and marshmallows. Refrigerate.

Mom's Cherry Salad
My mother used to make what we all called Cherry Salad. Unfortunately it is one of those things I never learned to make and now she's gone.

Taco Salad
Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Potato Salad
Add potatoes and salt to 1 qt. boiling water; return to boil. Cover; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
