Excellent way to use up leftover chicken and other ingredients we often have in the kitchen. Last night I wanted to use up broccoli stems and had some cubed canned chicken a neighbor gave me. I actually liked using the stems more than the florets
Sprinkle the 2 cups sugar over the ground cranberries and apples and let stand one hour. Dissolve lemon gelatin and the orange gelatin in 2 cups boiling water and add the cranberry mixture.
Great potato salad recipe. Cook potatoes, cool and slice; fry bacon, drain. Brown onion in bacon fat until lightly browned. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
Does anyone have a Weight Watcher's recipe that I used in the 70's called WW Chicken Salad? It had artichokes and black olives in it (and maybe brown rice)?
