Hot, Baked Chicken Salad
Combine all ingredients. Place in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F until very hot. Use in sandwiches or stuff a tomato with this. Very good!

Grandmother's Chicken Salad
Combine all chopped ingredients in large bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in bowl. Add to chicken mixture, tossing until well mixed. Serve on sandwich bread or on lettuce leaves.

Mom's Chicken Salad
Cut up cooked chicken breasts into small pieces. Cut up and add eggs. Add about 1/4 of a jar of sweet relish, be sure to drain the juice before adding. Add mayo to taste.

Chicken Salad Delight
Dissolve gelatin in hot broth. Add mayonnaise and onion. Combine chicken, celery, and pepper; add to gelatin mixture. Chill. Garnish with eggs and/or sliced olives.

Chunky Chicken Salad
Place the washed chicken breasts in a flat baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour or until tender. Cool and remove bone and skin.

Chicken Salad Oriental
Mix chicken with pineapple, oranges, celery, olives, pepper, and onion. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; add to chicken mixture. Allow to set several hours. Just before serving, mix with noodles.

Tarragon Chicken Salad
Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times, then process until fairly smooth, or to the desired consistency, scraping down the sides occasionally.
