Italian Salad with Warm Balsamic Dressing
This salad is incredibly good and well worth the trouble of making it. I like it for special occasions.
For a completely different flavor experience you can switch the parsley with 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro and lime juice for the lemon juice instead.
This is one of those recipes that tastes even better after a day or two.
I am always curious about the origin of recipes so decided to look this one up too. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this particular recipe originated at La Scala Restaurant in Beverly Hills where I was blessed to dine many times in my youth.
Quick and easy Italian style pasta or macaroni salad. If you do not like the vegetables listed above, do not like hard cooked eggs, or you'd rather have flaked crab or lobster in your salad - make the changes.

Panera Tomato Mozzarella Salad (Copycat)
All I can say is 'Yum'! Cut bread into four wedges, place on plate. Gently toss tomatoes, basil and red onion together.
Mix together all ingredients and pour the Italian dressing over them. Marinate 24 hours.
Jina's Antipasto and Pasta Salad
This recipe can be tweaked to your liking and can easily be served as a main course. It can get expensive but I promise it's cheaper than buying it pre-made from a deli (tastes better for sure) and you will be asked for the recipe! I've found that the more I add, the more people love it!
Combine all veggies with salt in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, blending well. Pour over veggies. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.
This is a meal in itself for one of those hot summer evenings. Be sure to cook the chicken early in the morning or late at night so there's no cooking during the heat of the day. Place 1-1/2 cups of the romaine in each of 4 salad bowls.

I am looking for a 3 Bean Italian salad, I had it while in the hospital and it tasted fantastic. I know hospital food usually doesn't taste good, but this was! I know it had white beans (navy or great northern) and pimentos and a great dressing, the rest I don't remember.
