Christmas Salad
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup hot water and add 3/4 cup cold water. Pour into 8x11 inch dish to make bottom layer. Put into refrigerator and let set up. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Beat cream cheese into hot gelatin.

Cranberry Apple Salad
Grind cranberries. Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over cranberries. Stir and drain at once. Add sugar to cranberries and let stand. Grind orange and rind and add apples and finely chopped celery and nuts to cranberries.

Cut Glass Salad
Prepare lime, orange and cherry gelatin separately using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour into separate 8x8 inch pans. Chill until firm, then cut into 1/4-1/2 inch cubes. Heat pineapple juice from can to boiling point. Remove from heat. Add sugar and lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Cran-Raspberry Salad
Dissolve the gelatins in 2 cups hot water. Add to this the frozen cranberry relish and raspberries. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1 cup of 7-Up; finally add the 1/2 cup chopped nuts and refrigerate.

Cherry Salad Supreme
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in pie filling. Turn into a 9x9 inch baking dish; chill until partially set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Beat together cream cheese and Miracle Whip.

Gelatin Carrot Salad
Drain pineapple and save juice. Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in hot water. Add the pineapple juice; chill until partially congealed. Beat until light and frothy; fold in Cool Whip. Add rest of ingredients. Chill in a 9x13 inch pan. Serves 12.

Seafoam Salad
In blender, blend drained pears; also blend cream cheese. Add hot juice with gelatin and add to above. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions and add to above. Pour into mold.
