Taco Salad
Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Mexican Chef's Salad
Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. toss with grated cheese, dressing and hot sauce. Crunch and add tortilla chips. Slice and add avocado. Brown ground beef; add kidney beans and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes and mix into cold salad.

Fiesta Tossed Salad
Combine lettuce, corn, cheese, tomatoes and onions in salad bowl. Add enough salad dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Serves 6.

Easy Taco Salad
Cut up lettuce. Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces. Chop onion and shred cheese. Mix together all ingredients; add dressing and serve.

Sissy's Taco Salad
Brown ground beef and drain any grease. Add taco seasoning mix and water to beef mixture and cook according to package directions. Set ground beef mixture aside to cool. While the meat is cooling cup up you veggies.

Chicken Taco Salad
Mix together all ingredients, except chips. Crunch chips on plate and top with salad. Top salad with optional ingredients, such as sour cream, picante sauce or salsa or Ranch-style dressing. You can also use ground beef instead of chicken.

Judy's Nacho Salad
Lay whole chips on a plate(s). Fill in cracks with broken chips. Layer fresh spinach or spring mix over chips. Spread black beans over spinach, then salsa. Next top with fresh cilantro and avocado slices. Top with shredded cheese to your liking.

Dorito Taco Salad
Brown ground beef, drain fat and cool. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, onion and put in fairly large bowl and add cheese. Mix Miracle Whip and taco seasoning in big bowl with the lettuce, onion, tomato.

Parmesan Taco Salad
Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and cheese. Cover; simmer 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Layered Taco Salad
In large nonstick skillet, cook and stir beef over medium high heat until browned; pour off drippings. Stir in beans, 1/2 cup of the salad dressing, chili powder, onion flakes and salt. Cover; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
