Tuna Salad Bowl
In large bowl, tear lettuce into small pieces. Break tuna into chunks with a fork and add to lettuce. Add olives and cheese. Toss lightly with dressing, or you can serve dressing on the side.

Shrimp Rice Salad
Combine all ingredients in large bowl in order given. Toss gently until well mixed. Serve in lettuce cups.

Oriental Shrimp Salad
Cook rice; cool. Mix next 4 ingredients into cooled rice. Mix dressing ingredients and toss into salad mixture; refrigerate. Prepare night before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator 3-5 days.

Seafood Salad Mold
Dissolve gelatin (follow directions on package). Add 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, mustard, salt, and paprika. Chill. When partially set, add 1 cup of seafood and 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery.

Regal Crab Meat Salad
Combine crabmeat, rice, peas, celery and pimentos. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over crabmeat mixture. Toss lightly. Adjust seasonings, if necessary. Chill.

Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic in a bowl. Chop shrimp into 1/2-inch pieces and add to oil mixture. Arrange leaves of lettuce on individual plates.

Molded Tuna Salad
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, bring soup to a boil, then add dissolved gelatin, mix thoroughly. When mixture is cold, fold in softened cream cheese.

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding asparagus to the cooking water for the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

Simple Shrimp Salad
Cook the macaroni until done. Cook and cool the eggs. Chop into pieces. Dice the cucumber, tomato, onion and celery. Mix together.
