Tuna Pea Salad
Toss together the first 5 ingredients. Add and mix in mayonnaise until fairly moist. Gently stir in peas. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves or hot rolls and crackers.

Avocado Tuna Boats
Tuna and avocados with a twist :-) Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, chopped bell pepper half and vinegar in a bowl.

Tuna Chinese Noodle Salad
Mix above ingredients. Just before serving, add: 1 can Chinese noodles and 1/2 cup diced celery. Keep refrigerated.

Seafood Salad
This is yummy! Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Combine remaining ingredients and put in mold. Serves 6.

Tarragon Tuna Salad
In a small bowl, combine the tuna, celery and onion. Combine the mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, tarragon, mustard and pepper. Stir into tuna mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.

Tuna Salad Bowl
In large bowl, tear lettuce into small pieces. Break tuna into chunks with a fork and add to lettuce. Add olives and cheese. Toss lightly with dressing, or you can serve dressing on the side.

Shrimp Rice Salad
Combine all ingredients in large bowl in order given. Toss gently until well mixed. Serve in lettuce cups.

Oriental Shrimp Salad
Cook rice; cool. Mix next 4 ingredients into cooled rice. Mix dressing ingredients and toss into salad mixture; refrigerate. Prepare night before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator 3-5 days.

Regal Crab Meat Salad
Combine crabmeat, rice, peas, celery and pimentos. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over crabmeat mixture. Toss lightly. Adjust seasonings, if necessary. Chill.
