Pea Salad
Bring dressing ingredients to a boil. Pour over mixed veggies. Add a dash of paprika. Cook until veggies are tender, refrigerate.

Traditional Greek Salad
This is the way my Papa (Grampa) from Greece would make a salad and would occasionally toss in a few pitted Kalamata olives, too ;-)

Bean Salad
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, toss together and refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days.

Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil and Kalamata Olive Salad
With this salad you choose the amount of each ingredient you wish to use. If you would like to spice it up further just sprinkle with a bit of vinegar of your choice.

Tossed Vegetable Salad
Place vegetables in large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and seasoning thoroughly together.

Layered Green Salad
Layer as follows: lettuce, spinach, onions, peas, eggs and bacon. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream. Spread on top and seal edges. Sprinkle on dry ranch mix.

Vegetable Salad
Layer first 5 ingredients in order listed in large bowl. Spread salad dressing over layers. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight.

Chilled Tomato Salad
Combine dressing mix, red wine vinegar and water in a cruet. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add half of the dressing.

This is such a bright, fresh, salad, made with any combination of fresh veggies, and "dressed" just before serving. It is such a nice side with any summer meal.

Green Pepper and Tomato Salad
This is a quick and delicious summer salad, chop a large green pepper and two medium size tomatoes into bite size pieces. Place the pieces into a bowl, toss to combine, and sprinkle with Italian salad dressing.
