Charlotte's Sloppy Joes
Cook and drain ground beef (I use regular ground beef, drain and rinse very well, this will make it as lean as the 93% lean beef), stir in ketchup, sugar (or splenda), mustard, and garlic salt/powder. Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes.

Leftover Loose Meat Sandwiches
We always wonder what to do with left over roast. Well, make a loose meat sandwich; not a roast sandwich but loose meat. You take the left over roast meat, throw some onions if you want, BBQ or steak sauce, hot sauce, whatever you would think; but I use BBQ and the kids love it. Put it all in a blender and poof, you have loose meat roast beef sandwiches..

Some evenings I don't feel like cooking or eating a full meal, so I make these heroes which are more than filling and delicious. The instructions below are for the full recipe. I use only the amount I want for the time being.
