Banana Peanut Butter Boats
A quick lunch for kids. I use flour tortillas or the hot dog "boats" that are a roll with an open top, not 2 halves.

Deeli's Buffalo Chicken Wraps
I just love the hot stuff and try to come up with new variations. This is so easy! Heat the butter and hot sauce in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook while stirring until the chicken is no longer pink.

Toasted Bagel Ham Salad Sandwich
A great way to use up leftover holiday ham. Process the ham in a food processor until just barely chopped (about 6 pulses) and remove to a small bowl.

Ham Spread
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for several hours before serving for best blending of flavors. Spread is delicious on crackers!

Liver Burgers
Mix all ingredients well, add more crumbs if too moist. More liver may be added if a stronger liver taste is desired.

Chicken Salad Bagel Sandwiches
Great way to use up leftovers and they can be wrapped and stored in the fridge for the next day if you would like to make ahead.

Sausage Biscuit And Gravy Sandwich
One evening I cooked sausage patties, eggs and biscuits for supper. The next morning I was putting my husband's lunch together and decided to use some of the leftover gravy on the biscuit and sausage sandwiches instead of mayonnaise.

Bean Sandwiches
I got this from my Dad who made it during the Depression. Beans are protein rich, and with the grain in the bread make a complete complex protein!

Crescent Dogs
Very kid-friendly. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Slit hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit. Separate dough into triangles.
