Charlotte's Sloppy Joes
Cook and drain ground beef (I use regular ground beef, drain and rinse very well, this will make it as lean as the 93% lean beef), stir in ketchup, sugar (or splenda), mustard, and garlic salt/powder. Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes.

Leftover Loose Meat Sandwiches
We always wonder what to do with left over roast. Well, make a loose meat sandwich; not a roast sandwich but loose meat. You take the left over roast meat, throw some onions if you want, BBQ or steak sauce, hot sauce, whatever you would think; but I use BBQ and the kids love it. Put it all in a blender and poof, you have loose meat roast beef sandwiches..

Recipe For Super Moms Ham & Chicken Salad Sandwiches
This may sound like an odd recipe request, but back when I lived in Minnesota, I used to get the Super Moms Chicken Salad and Ham Salad sandwiches from the SA Gas Station.

Recipe For Cream Cheese Sandwiches
Does anyone have a recipe for cream cheese sandwiches? My husband takes his lunch to work, but deli meat is getting expensive. Also, I thought it would be nice for him to have something other than ham and cheese every week.

Cheese Filling
Combine these ingredients and beat until smooth. This makes a light and fluffy filling that serves wonderfully well to put between layers of brown bread when 3 layer party sandwiches are being made.

Panini Recipes
My panini's are singularly unimpressive. Any suggestions? I have a 1200 watt panini maker and have decided to use the bacon press in a frying pan as the former takes a long time to cook. No improvement in taste. Is the whole secret drenching the bread in butter?
