Charlotte's Sloppy Joes

Cook and drain ground beef (I use regular ground beef, drain and rinse very well, this will make it as lean as the 93% lean beef), stir in ketchup, sugar (or splenda), mustard, and garlic salt/powder. Simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes.

Does anyone have a recipe for cream cheese sandwiches? My husband takes his lunch to work, but deli meat is getting expensive. Also, I thought it would be nice for him to have something other than ham and cheese every week.

Cheese Filling

Combine these ingredients and beat until smooth. This makes a light and fluffy filling that serves wonderfully well to put between layers of brown bread when 3 layer party sandwiches are being made.

Panini Recipes

My panini's are singularly unimpressive. Any suggestions? I have a 1200 watt panini maker and have decided to use the bacon press in a frying pan as the former takes a long time to cook. No improvement in taste. Is the whole secret drenching the bread in butter?
