Saute the spinach in olive oil until it wilts. In a large bowl, mix the turkey/beef, spinach, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
Love the sauce this meat is cooked in. Good for topping when meat is cooked!
Using the Wave oven, there isn't much to clean up after.

I used this recipe for cooking hundreds of burgers for my kids fund raisers, my church outings and my Civitan club events. Now, it being just me, I only need 4 at a time.
