Mix all ingredients well, add more crumbs if too moist. More liver may be added if a stronger liver taste is desired.

| Deep Fried Burger Recipe
When I went to high school in Lander, WY. There was a burger place across from the high school. They sold what were called either cheesewheels or cartwheels. They were a hamburger patty and slice of cheese that was dipped in batter and then deep fat fried.

| Dad's Favorite Hamburger

Mom made this up because dad needed a healthier Burger. Mix all ingredients, except salt, in a bowl and form patties. Use the 1/8 teaspoon salt to sprinkle in a hot iron skillet and fry to sear both sides, then turn fire down to finish cooking.<

| Au Jus Burgers
Wanna spice up those burgers while not wanting buns? I had a pack of Krogers brand au jus. I fried the burgers until almost done. In a separate pan, I sauteed onions and mushrooms, then drained the burgers, and added the sauteed shrooms and onions.
