Beefburgers
Brown ground beef and onion; drain off any grease. Add soup, ketchup and mustard. Stir well; let simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4-6 sandwiches.

Stuffed Turkey Burgers For 6 People
Mix everything a large bowl. Make patties about four ounces each, flatten them just a little larger than the roll (they will shrink to the right size, this way). Take one burger and place a slice of cheese on it then put another burger on top of cheese and seal the edges.

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef and sausage over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.

In a large nonstick skillet over low heat, cook onions in butter and oil for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper; cook over medium low heat for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
