Chicken Salad Spread
Boil chicken pieces with bay leaf and parsley in water to cover in saucepan until tender. Bone chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine chicken, pineapple, celery and mayonnaise in bowl, mixing well.

Hot Chicken Sandwiches
Mix all ingredients and put in 12 buns. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. These may also be frozen and then heated at 350 degrees F, about 30 minutes.

Baked Canned Chicken Sandwiches
Chop large pieces of chicken, if necessary. Add broken crackers and dried onion. Toss slightly. Add beaten eggs and blended celery. Mix along with the water or broth until soupy. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring twice during baking.

Dilly Chicken Sandwiches
Pound chicken to flatten evenly; set aside. In skillet, melt 3 Tbsp. of butter; add garlic and 1/2 tsp. dill. Add chicken; cook until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

The Best Wurst Chicken Caliente Sandwich
Recipe for The Best Wurst Chicken Caliente Sandwich. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder and cayenne and sprinkle chicken pieces with the mixture. In a large skillet, stir-fry seasoned chicken in 2 Tbsp. olive oil about 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain and remove from pan.
