Grilled Tomato Basil Cheese Sandwich
Love the added flavor from the tomato and basil! Lightly coat both sides of the bread with olive oil. Cook the bread slices on one side for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove slices from the skillet and place toasted side up on plate.

Recipes for a Sandwich Maker
I just bought a sandwich maker from a thrift shop (the one that seals the edges in triangles). It did not have an instruction booklet with recipes. I know a few basic sandwiches but was wondering if anyone has come up with some new ideas.

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
Recipe for Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich. Place two large pats of butter on opposite sides of griddle or iron skillet... Turn eye to medium and allow the butter to melt. Meanwhile, apply mayo to one side of bread slices, two slices per sandwich.
