Spiced Up Grilled Cheese with Bacon
This along with a bowl of tomato soup is one of my husband's favorite meals! It's fast, easy, and a great twist on a classic grilled cheese!
Grilled Avocado, Tomato and Basil Sandwich
Spread butter or mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl and evenly spread onto unbuttered side of two of the bread slices.
Here's a fun one! Be sure to let the sandwich cool for a minute before biting in to it so the oozy gooey center doesn't burn your mouth. You might want to have a napkin available too.

I just bought a sandwich maker from a thrift shop (the one that seals the edges in triangles). It did not have an instruction booklet with recipes. I know a few basic sandwiches but was wondering if anyone has come up with some new ideas.
