Crescent Dogs
Very kid-friendly. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Slit hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit. Separate dough into triangles.

Tuna Cheddar Sandwiches
Mix all ingredients except muffins and cheese. Spread tuna mixture over cut side of each muffin half. Arrange on microwave rack or 10 inch plate.

Campfire Buns
Simple, cheap, and can be made ahead of time. Combine all ingredients and spoon between hamburger buns. Wrap in foil and heat in 350 degree F. oven 15 - 20 minutes.

Broiled Tuna Melt
Preheat broiler. Blend first 3 ingredients in bowl. Add tuna, onion, cucumber and pickle; toss gently. Place English muffins on cookie sheet, overlapping sides slightly. Place avocado slices and alfalfa sprouts over each pair, dividing evenly.

Toaster Oven Grilled Tomato and Cheese
Start by lightly toasting 2 pieces of bread in toaster oven. Remove and place a slice of cheese (or 2 if you like it cheesier) on each piece of bread. Top with thinly sliced tomato, a dash of oregano, salt and pepper.

Cheese Dreams for Lunch
Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees F. Cut English muffins into halves and spread cut sides with butter. Cut bacon slices in halves. Place muffin halves and bacon slices on rack in broiler pan.

Open Face Sandwiches
Grind together the spam, onion, American cheese and green pepper. Sprinkle sugar over the top and also ketchup. Mix well. Spread on halves of hamburger buns. Heat in broiler about 5-7 minutes.

Sausage Grinders
Brown the sausage and beef together. Drain the grease off. Add the tomato soup, onion, peppers and any other seasonings you may want to add. Simmer for 45 minutes. Cut the loaves of bread in half.

Ham and Swiss Melts
Soften the butter, and mix in the garlic powder, onion flakes, poppy seeds and mustard. Spread the mixture on the kaiser rolls and add the ham and cheese. Wrap each sandwich, individually, in aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
