One of the groups I belong to posted a recipe for Baked Sub Sandwiches. Does anyone have the recipe?

Hot Italian Ham Subs
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the first seven ingredients; shake well. Generously drizzle dressing over cut sides of buns. On bun bottoms, layer the ham, tomato and mozzarella cheese.

Sub Sandwiches
With a sharp knife, loaf in half lengthwise. On the bottom half, layer the ham, bologna, salami, romaine, cheese and tomato slices.
