Not made the traditional way but it's boo boo proof, quick, easy and it's good. Combine the egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce in a blender and blend for about five seconds.

Spaghetti Sauce
My husband's favorite! Saute onions until softened and add washed ground beef, spices, tomatoes, paste and water. Simmer on low 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add water if needed to prevent sticking, or instead of water, add a little spicy hot V-8 juice.

Teriyaki Marinade
This may be used to marinate both steaks, chicken, and kabobs. It contains an acid ingredient for tenderizing so they may be used on less tender steaks. To get the full benefit, marinate overnight.

Fabulous Fudge Sauce
Perfect for hot fudge sundaes. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a saucepan over very low heat. Stir in the powdered sugar alternating with the evaporated milk, blending well.
