 This recipe is a version of a childhood favorite of mine, Campbell's Bean with Bacon Soup. This recipe will leave you lots of leftovers and will be just as good the second day, maybe even better. My nine year old said "It was actually not too bad".

| Chicken Tortilla Soup

It is full of fiber and lower in calories than many taco type soups (and quick). In a large pan combine the beans, broth, corn, salsa, chicken and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Does anyone have a recipe for refried pinto bean soup? I can't find one that isn't mixed with other beans. I just want use refried beans, spices, etc.
