Chili Manana
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Pour off drippings. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and chili powder. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients.

Chili for a Crowd
Take 1 - 1/2 lb. of hamburger, regular or deer burger makes it good also. Sprinkle some salt into a skillet or iron dutch oven skillet if you have one, brown with 1 large onion or minced ones from a bottle. After browning, add 2-3 cans of tomato soup right out of the can, then add 2-3 cans of red kidney beans, then add a half package of regular taco mix.

Louie's Chili
I call this Louie's chili as it was based off of my late dad's recipe when we were growing up. The only thing I changed was using V-8 juice instead of tomato juice. (V-8 didn't exist yet when we were kids).

Simple Chili
Cut up bacon; cook slightly, then set aside. Brown ground beef. Add other ingredients, after first draining and mashing tomatoes so they will blend with rest of ingredients.
