Brown suet. Add flour and brown as for gravy. Add onions and cook until soft. Add beef and cook until it loses it's red color. Add seasonings, tomatoes, beans, and water.

This is one of the recipes I like to make extra of to freeze in individual containers. Cook pork in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

Combine ingredients in large pan. Simmer uncovered 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
