Cast Iron Chili
You can make it ahead of time, and finish it when you need it. Chop up onion and cook with meat. Drain grease. Take cast iron kettle and add beans (rinsed off) chopped peppers and garlic.

Chili Soup
Cook beans until soft. Put 2 Tbsp. fat in pan and brown minced onion. Add hamburger and fry until brown. Add tomatoes and browned hamburger to cooked beans.

Chicken Chili
Boil the chicken with a little salt. When the chicken is cooked, remove the skin and shred, save the broth. Combine the rest of the ingredients.

Thick Chili
Cook and stir ground beef, garlic, onion and green pepper until brown. Add beans, sauce, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir until boiling. Lower heat ad simmer at least 1 hour.

Venison Chili
Yummy Deer Stew Meat Chili! This is a great chili recipe I created. A little on the spicy side, but very good! I used a big wok for the whole meal.
