Speedy Corn Chowder (Microwave)
Place bacon and onion in 2 qt. casserole. Heat, covered, 4 minutes, stirring and turning after 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Cream of Broccoli and Avocado Soup
Never tasted avocado in a soup before but it is delicious. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and saute the onions and celery. Add the potatoes, broccoli florets, avocados, chicken broth and coriander.

Easy Crab Chowder
Tastes great, easy to make and gets lots of compliments. Mash boiled potatoes then add other ingredients to the pot.

Creamy Broccoli Soup
In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. With whisk stir in flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Add broth, broccoli and carrots.

Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
I have been trying really hard to find a good and tasty recipe for cream of mushroom soup. I'm looking because my grandmother is sick and just got home from the hospital. It is her favorite, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Cream of Watercress Soup
Heat half the butter and fry onion until soft. Stir in the prepared watercress and cook a further few minutes. Pour in the stock, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cream of Brussels Sprout Soup
I love Brussels sprouts and this is very tasty. Melt butter; cook onion and potato 2 to 3 minutes. Add sprouts; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle in flour; blend well.

I often make up my own recipe. Drain most, not all, of the liquid from a can of whole kernel corn and pour corn in blender.
