Potato Cheese Soup
Melt the butter in a soup pot. Add onions and carrots and cook over low heat, covered, until veggies are tender and lightly colored, about 25 minutes.

Potato Soup
In a large pot, place the cubed potatoes, onion, butter, salt and pepper together. Boil until the potatoes are tender. Mash the potatoes, in the pot, until they are chunky; do not drain the water.

Ham and Potato Soup
Amount of ingredients can vary. Put all ingredients in large saucepan. Cover well with water. Cook until vegetables are tender or to desired thickness. Goes great with ham and cheese sandwiches.

Potato Cheese Soup
In a stockpot, combine the potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, bullion, parsley, water and salt and pepper together and simmer 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are tender. Add the evaporated milk and the Velveeta and continue heating until the cheese melts.

Soup Made With Baked Potatoes
I used to have a recipe a few years back called 'baked potato soup', but can't find it anymore. It was really simple and delicious. You start out with baked potatoes and there's only a few more ingredients. Can anyone out there help? Thank you!

Super Scrumptious Spud Soup
Put first 5 ingredients into large saucepan. Saute vegetables until onion is soft and clear. Add potato, ham, chicken stock, salt, pepper and parsley.

Grandma's Potato Soup
Pare, dice, cook potatoes and onions in about as much water as amount of soup desired. When potatoes are half done, add half stick of margarine. Sift flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in center of flour. Drop eggs in the well.

Cheesy Tater Soup
Cook the potatoes, onion, water and celery until tender. Do not drain. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain; crumble and add to soup. Add cheese and milk. Thicken with water and cornstarch to the thickness you like. Season as you desire.
