Easy Oven Stew
Mix tomato juice with tapioca. Combine with other ingredients in a casserole with a tight fitting lid. Bake for 3 hours, covered, at 275 degrees F. Mix omit potatoes and serve over rice, if you like.

Stay in Bed Stew
Put raw meat and other ingredients in ungreased casserole. Add soup and 1/2 cup water. Bake in oven at 250 degrees F for 6-7 hours.

All Day Stew
Place meat in bottom of a 4 qt. dish. Cover with vegetables. Mix next 3 ingredients and sprinkle over vegetables. Pour juice over all; cover tightly. Bake at 250 degrees F for 5 hours.

Italian Stew
Boil cabbage in water to cover in saucepan until tender. Pour off excess water. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add sausage and remaining ingredients to cabbage, mixing well.

Beef Stew with Onions
Saute' beef in large skillet for 15 minutes. Add butter and cook for 5 minutes, browning on all sides. Place beef in large saucepan. Brown onions lightly in skillet. Remove onions and reserve. Add tomatoes to skillet; cook for 5 minutes.

French Beef Stew
Combine all ingredients with 3 cups water in large baking pan, mixing well. Bake, covered at 350 degrees F for 3-3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.

Chicken-Potato Stew
Place chicken in large kettle. Fill half full with water; add bouillon cubes, potatoes, onion and tarragon. Bring to a boil, covered,; reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove potatoes; add carrots.

Five Hour Beef Stew
Place all ingredients in Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees F. You can brown the beef first, if you want.

In a Pinch One Pot Stew
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil just to tender. Combine all frozen veggies in large colander (leave room on top for cooked potatoes). Drain potatoes over veggies; let sit.
