Zucchini Skillet
Melt butter in bottom of 9 or 10 inch skillet. Put thinly sliced zucchini in then sliced onion. Pour tomatoes on next. Generously sprinkle Italian seasoning on top (at least 1-1 1/2 tablespoons or more).

Stovetop Bell Pepper and Tomato Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for cooking frozen green peppers with tomatoes on top of the stove? My great aunt used to cook them this way.

Garlic Pickle
Braise crushed masalas and seeds in oil. Remove and let it cool a little. Add garlic. Boil vinegar and tamerind and salt together till thick.

Refrigerator Pickles
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt & spices together. Do not heat. Keep this syrup cold. Wash and sterilize 4 quart fruit jars.

Green Beans With Bacon
In a large saucepan, heat the canola oil. Add the green beans and stir until coated with the oil. add enough water to the saucepan to cover to a depth of 1 inch.

Fried Red Tomatoes
Personally I don't care for Fried Green Tomatoes, unless we're talking about the movie Fried Green Tomatoes. Here's a Red Fried Tomatoes recipe I came up.

Pepper Relish
Grind peppers and onions. drain off juice. Mix ground or powdered mustard with vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and cook for 1/2 hour.

Sautéed Greens for Two
This is a 'put your hand on your tummy and rub to show it's yummy' recipe. Heat a large pot over high heat until hot. Add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds until it is golden.
