Making Vegetarian Gravy
I am a vegetarian and now that Thanksgiving is coming along, I suddenly thought, "Wait a second, what should I do about gravy this year?" I haven't had gravy ever since I've become a vegetarian. I guess I just want some gravy that doesn't contain any animal products.

Veggie Tacos/Pitas
Lightly mix everything but the dressing in quantities according to your taste. Fill warmed tortillas or warmed pita bread. Drizzle on dressing. Fold tortillas taco style.

Soya Mince And Potato Casserole
A dish that yummy and good for vegetarians. Heat oil and fry onion and ginger and garlic. Add your spices and herbs. Add tomato, salt and soya mince, peas and cook for 10 minutes.

Low-Calorie Gluten-Free Zucchini Pizza
This is a favorite of mine for 3 reasons. One, I love zucchini. Two, it is wheat free. Three, there are a whole lot less calories!

Recipe for Seitan
Does anyone know how to make Seitan? It's a wheat gluten substitute that can taste and feel just like any meat for vegetarians. I had it at a Philly restaurant. Great.

Looking For Recipes Using Tofu
Does anyone have a simple, great tasting recipe for a dish using tofu for a person (me) who desires to eat healthier? The benefits of soy are many, not to mention high protein and low fat, but I've never eaten tofu in my life. Thanks so much.

Bean Burgers
A different way to serve beans.Cook beef and onion, drain. Mix in other ingredients. Spoon thickly onto hamburger buns. Broil 10 minutes, cover with bun tops.

Spicy Veggie Burgers for Two
Love the kick of the jalapeno ;-) In a bowl, mash lima beans. Mix in onion, jalapeno pepper, crushed crackers, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. Divide and shape into two patties.
