Use Antlers as Garden Decor
Hello hunters or those married to hunters! Here is how you can decorate your garden. Seal deer (I live in Alaska, so I use caribou and moose) antlers with spray polyurethane or brush on weatherproof sealant. I like to let the sun bleach them white first.

String Nuts on Fishing Line for Target Practice
For preparing for target practice for the upcoming deer season, my sister and her daughter picked up walnuts on the ground during a nature walk. Upon getting home, they tied a strand of fishing line between 2 trees (about chest high) and placed the nuts hanging from the fishing line.

Frugal Bow Hunting Practice
For bow hunting practices before deer season, a person doesn't need to have fancy bullseye targets. My Daddy always used a plain, cheap paper plate that he'd place onto a bale of hay. Easily replaced and inexpensive.
