I personally wouldn't refreeze again. Could you re-heat the pie and eat with family and friends?
According to some articles, bacteria could be formed or the texture of the food item could change.

The quality will degrade greatly and will not be so tasty. I'd not do it.
I don't think it would hurt you, but I don't think it would taste very good.
I have refrozen my uncut homemade pecan pie twice. I tasted it today and it was perfect. Probably not something you can do with fruit pies, though.
I bought a store bought pecan pie; and hadnt been opened out of psckage yet. Can I put it back in freezer? ( not ready to eat it yet)
