Is there anything homemade I can do to help my 17 year old cat with stiff legs?

Put a heating pad under her bed. Set it on low. The heat coming through the bed will help to ease her pain. Put a light blanket over her too. Also, check with your vet on what to do for arthritis, as it sounds like this is what's causing her pain and stiffness.
