Remedy for Hair Damaged by a Perm?

Castor oil can help to regrow your hair a lot quicker. You need to massage it to your scalp and if left to the rest of your hair, roots.(cover it with clean film and towel and leave it on for a night or longer).You can add raw coconut oil to the castor oil as well (500g is about 8 pounds).

Also you could use egg york (quail egg is the best, as it has more important things in it, but normal egg is good too), honey, avocado mixture. Leave it on your hair for a night, covered with clean film (so it doesn't dry out).
Also once a week white vinegar rinse ( 1l water approx. and a few /2-3spoonful of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar). That rinse could make you feel silky, soft and shiny. Vinegar will remove residue from product buildup and help you get shiny, lustrous locks. If your hair is really dry, you could repeat it more often. After the rinse wash your hair with water then apply a light conditioner.
I've also heard and ordered a product called Olaplex treatment. Not sure about that yet as I haven't received it yet.
