Removing Clothing Dye Transfer?

How do I remove the black dye that transferred from a friend's sweater into the lace of my mint color dress that she had borrowed? On the tag it says no dry cleaning.

After resolving never to lend my "friend" any clothing ever again, I would spot test different substances, such as hydrogen peroxide, Rit white dye, and even bleach. Whichever one works and doesn't destroy your dress is the one to use.

I got pink dye out of a white T shirt by soaking in a mixture of dishwasher detergent, hydrogen peroxide and a bucket of hot water. I soaked overnight.
