Removing Dried Water Marks on Car Seats?

I have water marks on my car seat material. I have tried various detergents, upholstery cleaners, etc. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Going to the car washes that have hot foam dispensers and vacuums can be helpful! It's not too expensive (just bring a roll of quarters!)
You can also buy the upholstery foam and use a scrub brush. Wet it down and pull it all out with several passes of the wet/dry shop vac. Leave your windows down overnight so the car doesn't mold. Best done in 50-65 degree weather.
