All I ever do is use Palmolive dish soap on a facecloth with hot water and voila! I wipe it off immediately as soon as I am done putting dye all over my hair. This has worked for me always.

Just used the Johnson baby shampoo in yellow bottle with sugar. That worked some. I then used about a teaspoon of crest whitening toothpaste (that's what I happen to have already) and a pack of lemon juice (about a teaspoon of lemon juice) and Woo ow it removed the splash raspberry from around my hair line. Thanks, thanks for both suggestions. Now I can really rock my raspberry hair (:). Thanks Thrifty Fun!
