I just had my garage stuccoed, and the workers got the new stucco on my neighbor's house which is also stuccoed. Their stucco had paint mixed into the stucco when it was applied. How can I remove our stucco splatters from their wall without damaging their color.

Assuming the workers were paid and it wasn't done as a favour, I'd say it was up to them to clean up after themselves.
