If the lenses are just glass and do not have a coating (anti-glare, anti-scratch, anti-reflective) you could possibly try nail polish remover. If they do have a special coating, the nail polish remover may damage the coating as well.

I finally did it I've tried everything glue remover, soaking in soap scratching with fingernail scrubbing with alcohol, none of these worked read one of these comments and tried the 100% pure acetone professional nail polish remover by onyx max strenght and oh my God it really worked im so happy haven't worn my glasses over 2 mo couldn't afford a new pair was so disappointed it was so frustrating trying to wear them with the glu on the lenses.....The nail polish remover really worked
