This may sound crazy but slice a raw potato very thin or shredded and place over glass/ splinter. Use ace bandage or sock to hold potato in place. Once potato turns brown over an hour or so replace with fresh pieces ( up to 24 hrs but usually overnight does the trick)
Eventually it should pull glass to surface enough to use tape(duct tape) to pull out of opening.
Depending on size of glass/ splinter a baby's medicine applicator/syringe completely depressed over opening where glass entered, flush with skin( air tight) and pull plunger up to create vacuum and pull glass up & out.

!! Do not try to pinch/ grab glass with tweezers as it will most likely push glass in deeper.
Depending on your tolerance for pain and depth of glass :A sterilized needle placed underneath or behind glass may be able to push glass back out the way it entered!
Good luck.

*if all else fails a little redness/ swelling and even a small amount of pus can help to naturally push debris out of wound
* warm compress and try NOT to walk on it if possible to prevent further descention!
