Turn a dirty old chair into a favorite EASILY with simple paint! I did this chair in an evening and it was terrible looking but the sturdy well built condition made it worth lugging home!

Reupholstering Wooden Armchairs
I have dining armchairs with cushion on the back and bottom and I need to reupholster them. I want to do them myself, but don't know where to begin. I've come across tons of instructions for seats that the cushion can lift off, but not for the armchair.

Make Your Own Pads for Protecting Hardwood Floors
My dining room chairs were scratching my hardwood floors. Instead of spending $ on the stick-on felt thingys that fall off, I cut furry fabric (I used a 2 liter bottle cap as a template for cutting) and hot glued them to the feet of all my chairs.

Repairing Cat Scratches on Leather Sofa
Our cat has clawed our brand new ivory leather chair, using it as a scratching post. She is banished to the outdoors for now. She has made little open flaps in the leather, a couple of 1 mm long or slightly bigger, just like open skin wounds.

Repairing the Underside of Furniture
My cats have torn the underside of my furniture to shreds. I'm glad it's the unseen, but I still need to repair it. My living room chairs, couch, and ever under my bed are damaged. Where can I find the batting/filler material, as well as the black thin felt-like material to recover the bottom of my furniture?
