Office Chair Damaged Wood Floor
I have wood floors in my dining room that we now use for an office with a roller chair. The chair started to dull and seemed to whiten my floor. We bought a plastic floor mat to solve the problem, but the marks are still there.

Sewer Odor Coming from Sink
I own a small restaurant. I have a terrible sewer smell coming from my sinks, when I pour large amounts of water down the drain or use the dishwasher. If I turn on the air conditioner its worse. Can anyone offer any help? I also had a plumber check and he found nothing.
