Repairing Damaged Crochet Items?

I have a spectacular crochet table linen that was damaged by fire over about 4 square inches. The table linen was crocheted in one piece. How do I repair it?

You would have to remove the damaged area and attach matching yarn and match the pattern. It won't be easy.

I have doll furniture that is crocheted. But it's damaged really badly. Is there any place I can take it to be repaired?

Chances are you could have someone remake it cheaper, and even if you could find someone who could repair it. Find a friend or local crafter and take the piece/pattern and see about how much it would be.

Perhaps they can barter for food or rides or day care. Barter is Smarter!
