Do some hot oil treatments. (But don't apply to your scalp). Either by the v05 ones, or make your own using olive oil. Apply to hair warm, then leave on 10 minutes and rinse out. If really bad, wrap your hair with the oil on it in saran wrap over night and wash out in the morning. Also, trimming the ends to get rid of split ends helps.
